Qwilr Review: Tooliverse Consensus
Based on 283 verified reviews across 4 platforms,
combined with Tooliverse's expert analysis
Qwilr transforms static proposals into interactive web experiences that combine professional design with actionable sales intelligence, letting teams track exactly when prospects engage and what sections hold their attention. The platform excels at bridging CRM data and polished output through native integrations that auto-populate proposals from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. The block-based editor delivers consistently professional results without design expertise, though users seeking pixel-perfect control find the system restrictive, and the $35/month entry point prices out bootstrapped solopreneurs lacking deal volume to justify the investment.
Bottom line: A capable proposal platform built for sales teams who recognize that presentation quality affects close rates and need the tracking data to time their follow-ups strategically, though the pricing and editor constraints make it a poor fit for solo consultants or design perfectionists.

"Beautiful templates. It makes our small agency look like a global firm. The editor is a bit finicky with columns though."
"Good tool but the price hike this year was steep. We are looking at alternatives because we don't use all the CRM features."

Qwilr Pricing 2026
View SourceStarter at $35/month billed annually covers the essentials for solo users: unlimited proposals, e-signatures, payment collection, and CRM integrations with HubSpot and Zoho. Growth at $55/month (5-user minimum, annual only) is where most sales teams land, adding automation, custom branding, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager who helps you actually use the features you're paying for. Scale at $75/month (10-user minimum) makes sense only if you need Salesforce integration or you're generating hundreds of proposals monthly via API—the 600 included API documents and volume discounts down to $1.50 per document are where the enterprise economics start working.
Qwilr In-Depth Review 2026

The platform replaces static documents with interactive web pages that prospects open in a browser. You build proposals using a block-based editor that pulls in videos, pricing calculators, embedded calendars, and e-signature fields, then send a single link. Buyers can explore at their own pace, configure pricing options themselves, and sign without leaving the page. It runs on desktop and mobile, with native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Pipedrive that auto-populate deal data so you're not copying and pasting company names for the hundredth time this month.
What It's Like Day-to-Day
The block editor is where you'll spend most of your time, and it strikes a deliberate balance: enough flexibility to build something distinctive, enough guardrails to keep everything looking polished even if design isn't your strength. You drag in text blocks, image galleries, pricing tables, testimonial carousels, and the system handles spacing and responsive layout automatically. One G2 reviewer captured it well: "Beautiful templates. It makes our small agency look like a global firm." That perception shift matters when you're competing against larger players.
The tracking data changes how you follow up.

Qwilr: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How does the 14-day trial work and what happens when it expires?
When you sign up to Qwilr, you get a free 14-day trial of the Starter plan with full access to all Starter features, no credit card required. Before your trial ends, you can choose to stay on Starter or upgrade to Growth or Scale. Once the trial expires, your Qwilr Pages will remain live for 30 days, but you will no longer have access to your account.
Is Qwilr pricing in USD or AUD?
Qwilr is priced in AUD for Australian and New Zealand customers, and USD for the rest of the world. You can use the currency toggle at the top of the pricing page to view prices in your currency.
Can I change the number of users on my plan?
You can add seats to your plan at any time, and the charge will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Each plan has a seat minimum: Starter includes 1 seat, Growth starts at 5 seats, and Scale starts at 10 seats. Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal and cannot be made mid-cycle. Removing a user from your account frees up the seat for someone else, but doesn't reduce your seat count until renewal.
Can I cancel my Qwilr plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time. If you decide to cancel, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After that, your Qwilr Pages will be turned off and you will no longer have access to your account.
